1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rep Jump platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between Rep Jump Inc. ("we", "us", "our") and the customer ("you", "your", "Client").

2. Description of Service

Rep Jump provides a cloud-based platform that helps businesses request and collect customer feedback via SMS or email, manage online reviews, and analyze reputation data through an online dashboard.

Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Automated text message review requests and follow-ups
  • AI-assisted review reply suggestions
  • Analytics and performance dashboards
  • Multi-location management
  • Optional design materials (QR signage, business cards)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be a registered business or authorized representative
  • Provide accurate company and billing information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Billing, Payments, and Cancellations

Rep Jump operates on a subscription model (monthly or annual).

  • Billing: Payment is collected in advance via Stripe.
  • Refunds: No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe account. Access will remain active until the end of your paid term.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • Discounts: Promotional discounts may occasionally apply; they do not alter the renewal price unless stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content violating Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL);
  • Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation;
  • Attempt to access another customer's account or data.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Data and Privacy

Rep Jump collects limited customer and end-user data (names, emails, phone numbers) only for legitimate business purposes — such as delivering review requests or analytics.

All handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your customer data. By using the Service, you grant Rep Jump a license to process, store, and transmit such data solely for providing the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

Rep Jump integrates with third-party providers including:

  • Twilio – SMS delivery
  • Stripe – Payment processing
  • Mailgun – Email delivery
  • Google Analytics – Web traffic analytics
  • DigitalOcean (Toronto) – Hosting and data storage

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur without prior notice.

Rep Jump will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduled downtime.

9. Intellectual Property

All Rep Jump software, content, branding, and related materials are owned by Rep Jump Inc. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your content and data uploaded to the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rep Jump Inc. is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss;
  • Any damages arising from reliance on our platform;
  • Third-party service outages or message delivery failures.

Total liability under this agreement will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms;
  • Required payments are not received;
  • We determine your use poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be securely soft-deleted per our retention policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

13. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Name

Rep Jump Customer Feedback Program

Program Description

Rep Jump sends post-transaction SMS messages on behalf of participating businesses to request customer feedback regarding a recent purchase or service. Messages may include a rating request, an optional public review link (for positive experiences), and a follow-up message requesting private feedback (for less positive experiences).

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive approximately 1–2 text messages per transaction. Follow-up messages may be sent if no response is received.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-In / Consent

By providing your mobile phone number through a participating business's customer intake form, point-of-sale system, QR code, or web form, you consent to receive transactional and customer care SMS messages from that business via the Rep Jump platform. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received a message. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from that business through Rep Jump.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers

Rep Jump supports messaging on all major U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our platform.

Privacy

Your phone number and personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

14. Updates to These Terms

Rep Jump may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
